By now it is widely understood that technology changes everything-the way we learn, teach, interact, and live our lives. It has even changed Course Technology's mission statement. What started as "helping people teach and learn about technology" has now evolved to "helping people teach and learn with technology."
We have moved beyond simply teaching technology to teaching a variety of subjects using technology. The changes do not stop there. Using technology requires an increased level of commitment to our customers and to our products. Solutions must be more customer-focused and service must be readily available. While the change to our mission statement is small, our commitment to our customers is huge.
